Joseph Smalkowski, Regional Manager - Midwest
Joe has over 35 years of experience in the food industry. Joe began his
career with Chatham Supermarkets in Michigan as a meat packer and worked
up through the ranks as Grocery Stocker, Store Manager, Meat Plant QC Inspector,
and Corporate Meat Buyer. Later, he held leadership positions in merchandising
and operations at Makro, Pace Membership Warehouse and Kmart Super Center.
Joe was the Senior Business Manager at Daymon Worldwide selling to Costco
for 5 years before becoming the Midwest Regional Manager for ADW. In addition,
Joe has a BS degree in engineering and served in the US Army during the
Vietnam War. |
